Who it is for

For companies whose managers need more than a short course.

A general management program teaches through other companies' cases, in someone else's vocabulary. Managers then have to work out for themselves how it applies to your business. This program starts from your strategy and the situations your managers face. Your leaders decide what it covers. Finance, strategy, and leading people are examples a company might choose, and the list is yours.

What the program includes

Several courses, built as one program.

Courses in a planned order

Each course is a run of sessions. Your leaders can teach on screen in their own face and voice, with their written agreement.

Your company's cases in place of generic ones

Situations from your business, with the names taken out, become the cases managers work through.

Practice conversations with a counterpart

An AI counterpart plays the board member, the customer, or the direct report, in text, voice, or video. Vague answers get challenged.

Written work that looks like what managers send

A memo, a plan, or a recommendation, for example. It is scored on what they wrote, with one thing to change next time.

A coach who asks before telling

An AI coach answers a manager's question with a harder one.

Measured against the standard your experts set

You see who has met it for each skill, per person and per team.

How it is built

Your leaders set the direction, and Alma does the production.

We start from the material you already have, such as strategy documents, your leadership model, and situations your managers have faced. Your experts correct a plan they can read: what managers will practice, what good looks like, in what order. Alma's learning engineers build each course, and your experts review the result. For each course, the decisions take about a day of your experts' time. Review is separate, and you set how deep it goes. When the strategy changes, a revision takes days.

See one session before you commit to a program.

We build an example from your own material, at no cost, before you decide. One strategy document and one situation your managers have faced are enough. Ask for one when you book.

Bring your strategy and the managers you have in mind.

Tell us who the program is for and what it should cover. We will show you the product and say whether it fits.
