For corporate learning

Academies, management programs and compliance, built from your own playbook.

Alma's learning engineers build training programs from the material your company already has, around practice and feedback. Your experts review the work instead of writing it.

Every program is built around practice, not slides.

Whatever the subject, people go through the same loop, built from your material and measured against the standard your experts set.

  1. 1A short sessionYour playbook, stated plainly in your terms. Your experts can teach on screen, with their written agreement.
  2. 2A practice conversationAn AI counterpart plays the customer or the direct report, in text, voice, or video, and pushes back on anything vague.
  3. 3Feedback in their own wordsIt quotes what the person said, names what was missing, and gives one thing to change next time.
  4. 4A check you cannot guess throughA conversation or a piece of real work, measured against the standard your experts set.
  5. 5Who is readyPer person and per team, for each skill, with who needs another go.
Programs we build

From a whole academy to a few short sessions, built from your situations.

01

Corporate academies

For heads of learning who need more than one program and have no team to produce it. Building an academy in-house usually means hiring designers and producers, and asking the experts who know the work to write. A licensed library arrives sooner, and nothing in it uses your situations.

An academy does not have to begin as an academy. Start with one track: the group whose work you most want to change, and one number the business already reports on them.
  • Tracks for the groups you nameOnboarding, managers, sales, and compliance, for example. You keep the direction: which tracks, which skills, and what good looks like.
  • One structure across every trackEvery track follows a plan you can read: what people will practice, what good looks like, in what order.
  • Your cases, and your experts on screenScenarios come from situations in your business. Your experts can appear on screen in their own face and voice, with their written agreement.

02

Custom corporate MBA

For companies whose managers need more than a short course. A general management program teaches through other companies' cases, in someone else's vocabulary, and managers work out for themselves how it applies. This one starts from your strategy and the situations your managers face, and your leaders decide what it covers.

  • Courses in a planned orderFinance, strategy, and leading people are examples; the list is yours. Your leaders can teach on screen, in their own face and voice, with their written agreement.
  • Your company's cases in place of generic onesSituations from your business, with the names taken out, become the cases managers work through.
  • Written work that looks like what managers sendA memo, a plan, or a recommendation, scored on what they wrote. An AI coach answers a manager's question with a harder one.

03

Compliance training

For compliance and learning leads whose training gets finished and forgotten. Much of it is built to close an audit item: people click next until the quiz and guess. You have to run it either way. This is for the lead who also wants to know who could handle the situation if it came up.

Alma makes no claim that this training satisfies a requirement. That is a decision for your compliance and legal teams. Alma builds from your own policies and has no ready-made library of titles.
  • Your policy, stated plainlyA short session gives the rule and the reason for it, in the terms your company uses, then a scenario built from real situations you send, with the names taken out.
  • A response in the person's own wordsThey write or say what they would do. An AI counterpart can play the colleague or customer and push back on a vague answer.
  • A record of who has shown they can do itEach person's result against the standard your experts set, per person and per team, with who needs another go.

04

Microlearning & reinforcement

For the weeks after a program, when nobody has practiced since. The conversation people rehearsed comes up for real some time later, and sending the whole program around again is a hard ask of busy people. A few short sessions can follow instead, each on one thing people already practiced.

  • A brief scenario on one thingOne situation from your business, on a point the program covered, with a practice conversation and a check.
  • Planned with the main programWhich points come back, and in what form, is part of the plan your experts read and correct, built from the same material.
  • Scheduled by your teamYour team decides when each session goes out, then sets the dates in your LMS or sends the link.

05

AI fluency for your workforce

For companies whose people have AI tools and no shared way of using them. Some use them daily, some got a bland draft once, and some are unsure what they may paste in. A generic course on prompting says nothing about your policy; this one is built from your tasks, approved tools, and rules.

We promise no productivity gain. You see who has met the standard your experts set; if you want to compare that with a number the business tracks, we agree on it before a pilot starts. It covers only the tools your company has approved.
  • Where AI helps, and where it falls shortWhat the tools do well in your kind of work, when the output has to be verified, and what stays offline under your policy.
  • A coach who reworks the prompt with themPeople practice on real tasks, such as proposals and research. An AI coach asks what is missing until the result sounds like the person who wrote it.
  • A library each person keepsTheir prompts, a card of what never to paste, and their repeatable workflows, saved in one document.
Keeping it current

When the playbook changes, every program changes with it.

One change goes through every program

A new policy, figure, or product name is entered in one place. A revision takes days, and your experts approve it first.

Every part says what it is for

Each records the skill it serves and why it is there, so the next owner can see what to change.

How it is built

Your experts review the plan and the result. They write nothing.

For each program, the decisions take about a day of your experts’ time. A first program goes live in a few weeks. See the full process →

    Alma's learning engineers

We build an example from your own material, at no cost, before you decide.

    Your people

    Nothing committed yet

Ask for one when you book a demo, and judge it before you commit to anything.

  2. Step 1

    What goes wrong

    Alma's learning engineers

We ask what your people currently get wrong, and read the material you send: decks, policies, cases, strategy.

    Your people

    Conversation 1 of 3

You and your experts say what goes wrong today, and what good looks like.
