Forward-deployed Learning Engineer

Agentic AI and instructional design, both deeply — one without the other does not work here. You sit with a customer’s instructional designers and subject-matter experts, work out what good looks like for their course and their students, and make sure the agents build to those drawings. It is a consulting job as much as a building one. Extra points if you play video games and speak more than one language.
