Your facilitator stays the teacher. Alma adds the practice around the session.
For learning leaders who run workshops and facilitated sessions. Alma's learning engineers build the preparation people do before a session and the practice they do after it, from the material your facilitators already use.

Time in the room is the most expensive part of the program.
A good facilitator reads the room, tells the story behind the rule, and works through the hard case with the people present. Time in the room often goes elsewhere: covering the basics for those who skipped the pre-work, and running practice in which a few people speak while the rest watch. Then everyone goes back to work, and the next time they try the skill is in a real conversation.
Preparation before the session, and practice after it.
People arrive having covered the basics
A short session sets out the playbook, taught by your experts on screen, in their own face and voice, with their written agreement. An AI assistant answers questions about it.
A check you cannot guess through
Each person works through it before the session, and every answer is explained.
A first try in a safe place
Each person rehearses the hard conversation by voice, with an AI counterpart who pushes back. It is a safe place to get it wrong before the real conversation.
The facilitator sees where the group is stuck
Before the session, the facilitator can see who has prepared, and who is stuck and where.
Practice after the session
Back at work, each person practices again in a scenario from your world. Feedback quotes what they said and gives one thing to change next time.
Who is ready, per person and per team
A final check, measured against the standard your experts set, shows who can do it.
You decide which roles stay human.
Your managers coach
You decide which conversations stay with a manager or a mentor, and which an AI coach can take between sessions.
Your schedule and your LMS
Sessions run when and where they run now. The preparation and the practice open in any LTI-compliant LMS, or from a link, under your company's name.
We build from what your facilitators already use.
The build takes weeks. The decisions take about a day of your experts' time. Review is separate, and you set how deep it goes. We build an example from your own material, at no cost, before you decide.
Step 1
You send the workshop material
The facilitator guide, the slides, the cases, and the situations people struggle with in the room.
Step 2
Your facilitators and experts correct the plan
A plan you can read: what people do before the session, what they practice after it, and what good looks like.
Step 3
Alma builds it, and your people review it
Our learning engineers produce the preparation, the practice conversations, and the checks. Your facilitators go through them as a participant would before anyone else does.
What a negotiation workshop for account managers could look like.
An illustration of what the product does. It describes no client and reports no results.
Before the session
Each person covers the basics and takes a first try
A short session sets out how your company prepares for a negotiation. Then each account manager negotiates by voice with an AI counterpart playing the buyer, alone.
In the room
The facilitator teaches
The facilitator has seen who prepared and where people are stuck, so the time goes to the hard cases, the debrief, and the questions people would only ask a person.
After the session
Each person practices again and is checked
A new scenario, measured against the same standard. You see who is ready.
Who sees the practice, and who this is not for.
Does anyone watch the practice?
It is a safe place to practice. Most people practice alone with an AI counterpart. You decide who can see a conversation: only the facilitator, or the whole group, depending on what you are training and how. You see who has met the standard your experts set and where people are stuck. What people say is never used to train a model, and only your own staff and the few Alma people building your program can see it.
Who is this not for?
A team looking for a library of ready-made courses. And if you want the workshop itself turned into a program people take on their own, that is a new program, which we also build.
