For corporate learning

Your academy, built from your own playbook and cases.

For heads of learning who need more than one program. An academy is several tracks built to one structure. Alma's learning engineers build it from your material, and your experts review the plan and the result.

Who it is for

For companies that want their own academy and have no team to produce it.

Building an academy in-house usually means hiring designers and producers, and asking the experts who know the work to write. A licensed library arrives sooner, and nothing in it uses your situations. Alma builds the academy as a service. You keep the direction: which tracks, which skills, and what good looks like in your business.

What an academy includes

Several tracks, built to one structure.

Tracks for the groups you name

Onboarding, managers, sales, and compliance, for example. You can start with one.

One structure across every track

Every track follows a plan you can read: what people will practice, what good looks like, in what order.

Your cases, and your experts on screen

Scenarios come from situations in your business. Your experts can appear on screen in their own face and voice, with their written agreement.

Practice with a counterpart who pushes back

An AI counterpart plays the customer or the direct report, in text, voice, or video. Feedback quotes what the person said and gives one thing to change next time.

Who is ready, per person and per team

People show they can do it in a conversation or a piece of real work, measured against the standard your experts set.

Kept current

When the playbook changes, the change is entered in one place and goes through every track. A revision takes days.

How it is built

Alma does the production, and your experts review it.

Each track goes through four steps. We ask what your people currently get wrong. Your experts correct the plan. Alma's learning engineers build every session, practice conversation, and check. Your experts review the result. For each track, the decisions take about a day of your experts' time. Review is separate, and you set how deep it goes.

Start with one track, and one number the business already reports.

An academy does not have to begin as an academy. Pick the group whose work you most want to change, and the number you already report on them. We build an example from your own material, at no cost, before you decide. Ask for one when you book.

Bring the tracks you have in mind and the material you have.

Tell us who each track is for and what those people currently get wrong. We will show you the product and say whether it fits.
