Many institutions run programs for their own faculty and staff: teaching online, for example, or using AI in teaching. The unit that runs them is often the same one that builds courses for students. Alma builds the faculty program the way it builds a course for students, from your institution's material, with practice and feedback. The content is yours. Alma does not supply a ready-made course on teaching.

It uses the same activity types as any Alma course: video lectures with an AI teaching assistant, conversations with AI characters, and written work with feedback. Anyone who appears in a lecture does so in their own face and voice, with their written agreement.

Faculty practice in a conversation with an AI character or in writing. Feedback quotes their own words and names what is missing.
