For corporate learning

A program that teaches your people to use AI in their own work.

For heads of learning and the leaders who own the AI policy. We build it from your company's tasks, approved tools, and rules. People practice on real tasks and get feedback on what they produced.

Who it is for

For companies whose people have the tools and no shared way of using them.

Your people have access to AI tools, or soon will. Some use them daily, some tried once and got a bland draft, and some are unsure what they may paste in. A generic course on prompting has nothing to do with their job and says nothing about your policy. We build this program for a company that wants its people practicing on its own tasks, under its own rules.

What we build

Practice on real tasks, and a library each person keeps.

A session with the coach: the person's first prompt, the coach's question about what is missing, and the reworked prompt.

Where AI helps and where it falls short

What the tools do well in your kind of work, when the output has to be verified, and what stays offline under your policy.

Giving better direction

People give context, a goal, and constraints, and see why a vague request returns a generic draft.

A coach who reworks the prompt with them

An AI coach asks what is missing and sends a broad answer back, until the result sounds like the person who wrote it.

Sessions you can question

Each recorded session has an AI assistant beside it. Pause and ask, in the language you prefer.

Live practice conversations

In some sessions an AI counterpart pushes back.

A library that stays with the person

What each person writes is saved in one document: their prompts, a card of what never to paste, and their repeatable workflows.

How it is built

Built from your tasks and your policy, and reviewed by your experts.

Send us the tasks your people do most, such as proposals and research, with your AI policy and the list of approved tools. Your experts correct a plan they can read. The decisions take about a day. Review is separate, and you set how deep it goes. Alma's learning engineers build every session and practice task. When the policy or the tools change, a revision takes days.

One limit

We promise no productivity gain.

A program we build shows who can do the task to the standard your experts set. If you want to compare that with a number the business tracks, we agree on it before a pilot starts. It covers only the tools your company has approved.

Bring your AI policy and three tasks your people do every week.

We build an example from your own material, at no cost, before you decide.
